PanForge is a tool created by makers, for makers. It is provided as-is, with the goal of supporting the handpan craft community.

To access certain features of PanForge (Shape Generator, Creativity Wall), you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
3. User Content & Licensing
When you publish content on PanForge (designs, images, descriptions), you retain ownership of your work. However, by publishing on the Creativity Wall, you agree to release your design under the Craft Commons License – Share Alike with the threshold you specify.
You represent that:
• You have the right to publish the content you submit
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Your content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate for the community.
4. Shape Generator
The Shape Generator is a tool for creative exploration. Generated shapes are mathematical constructions for inspiration purposes.
Important: Many generated shapes may be impractical, unmakeable, or may resemble existing protected designs. PanForge does not guarantee that any generated shape is free from third-party intellectual property claims. It is your responsibility to verify that any design you use or produce does not infringe existing rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The PanForge name, logo, website design, and underlying code are protected by intellectual property laws. The Craft Commons License applies specifically to user-submitted designs, not to the PanForge platform itself.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the PanForge platform without explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
PanForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PanForge and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
We are not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from designs published or generated on the platform.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform that is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Supabase uses industry-standard encryption and security practices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
